please find the new Squad Training timetable attached.


There are a few changes, so please take a close read.


1. The Tuesday AM session for GOLD+ has been deleted – there was simply not enough demand to justify it financially.


2. The PM sessions for GOLD+ have all been EXTENDED by 15 minutes – so be prepared to hit 5ks!


3. We have added a session at 4:15PM on Monday for BOTH Silver and Bronze squads – this is to provide more flexibility for our junior swimmers.


4. We have removed the Saturday AM session for Bronze – again, the low demand does not make this session financially viable.


Overall, the aim is to balance equitable access to the pool and coaches, and to spread the training load across the week for the older swimmers.
