Good Afternoon All,

A quick reminder that the new timetable includes a Monday afternoon session for BOTH Bronze and Silver swimmers. I know not everyone will be able to make it along because of other commitments, but it would be great to see as many Northcote Caps in the pool as possible. The Silver swimmers train alongside the Gold swimmers, so it’s a great opportunity for development.
