A small contingent of Club families was on hand at the Sporting Club Hotel in the back streets of Brunswick this evening for the final raffle drawing of the month.

None of us brought home the meat tray, which disappointed the boys.

But the disappointment was more than made for by the incredible donation of around $2,200 from ticket sales over the last four weeks. More than double I had hoped for.

This will go a long way to helping us purchase the new timing equipment we need to run fully accredited qualifying competitions.

It’s a huge step forward for our club.
