Our Commitment to a Child Safe ClubNorthcote Swim Club is committed to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all swimmers. We are renewing our focus on the National Sport Integrity Framework and Child Safe practices to make sure we continue to uphold the highest standards. We will be sitting down with all squads over the coming weeks to talk through what it means to be a squad swimmer and read through the
Club Code of Conduct together. Your swimmer may come home with questions or comments. Please take some time to read the Code of Conduct together. Creating a safe space for our swimmers is a team effort, and we appreciate your support.
Preparing for Cold Weather – What to Expect Next TermWith the cooler months approaching, we’ll soon be implementing our Cold Weather Procedures which will include timetable changes and indoor 25m pool training to help swimmers stay warm, healthy, and ready to train during winter. Keep an eye out for the new timetable and for further details on pre-race warm-ups, post-training routines, and tips for staying comfortable in and out of the pool.
Thank you for being part of our vibrant swimming community!
As always, if you have any questions, feel free to reach out. See you at the pool!
