Morning All,

Further to yesterday’s message, the timetable has now been uploaded to Team App. It is also attached to yesterday’s message.

The eagle eyed amongst you will have noticed I missed the change to Wednesday evening. These sessions for Bronze and Silver have been moved to Friday PM and AM respectively. This is to increase the spread of training across the week.

Also, for swimmers who, because of school commitments, need to leave a little early or arrive a little late, don’t sweat it. You should still be able to get at least a good hard hour in the pool. The coaching team are very aware that life is a balancing act!
