Swimmers!

The Committee and Coaches would (still) like to invite you to nominate yourself as a Junior or Senior Club Captain.

If you are not comfortable with making a video, write down your thoughts instead.

Being a Club Captain is a great way to give back to the club and to develop your leadership skills.

We are looking for captains who can help nurture a great team culture, have a disciplined approach to training, and a strong commitment to competition. Please read the attached document to get an idea of what being a Club Captain involves.

If you think club captaincy is something would enjoy, send a short video OR written text to ntc.swimming@gmail.com.

- What does being a member of Northcote Swim Club mean to YOU?

- How would you bring your personality to the role of being Club Captain?

If you don’t think captaincy is for you, but can think of someone who would make a good captain, please encourage them to put their hand up: The coaches will be!

Captains will be announced at the AGM on August 17th.

Please get your video or written application in by Friday August 8th.
