Dear Families,

Mark your calendars — Friday 17 October, 6:00–8:45pm — as Northcote Swim Club hosts its first inter-club competition in many years!

This will be a relay-only event, designed to be fun, relaxed, and inclusive. Swimmers of all ages and abilities (both competition and fitness) are encouraged to take part, with freestyle and medley events for:

• 8–11 years
• 12–14 years
• 15–16 years
• 16+ years
• Boys, Girls, and Mixed teams

And if there’s time, we might even convince the coaches to dive in for a race or two!

Beyond the competition, this night is about celebrating the arrival of daylight savings, the return of outdoor training, warmer weather, and the next phase in our club’s rebirth.

We’ll need a full team of parent volunteers to help make the night a success (details to come soon), but for now, please lock in the date and get ready for a night of swimming, fun, and community.

Non-competitive swimmers and families are warmly encouraged to come along, cheer loudly, and be part of the celebration.
