It has been brought to my attention that the various Codes of Conduct had slipped off the survey attached to this email. I'm reasonably confident that they should now be visible.

As we get well underway for the season, we’re asking all families to take a few minutes to sit down with your swimmer over the weekend and read through our updated Codes of Conduct and Photo Consent together.

These outline the expectations we have for;

p. swimmers (in a child- and teen-friendly way), and
p. parents and guardians, so we’re all on the same page about behaviour, communication, and support.

At the same time, we also need families to complete the associated consents, including confirmation of agreement with the codes and your image consent preference.

This is an important part of creating a safe, respectful, and positive club environment for everyone — swimmers, coaches, officials, and parents alike.
